ABOUT THE FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT
Alain Essen
Mr. Essen holds a Master's degree in adult education with a thesis on workplace learning and human performance technology. He currently leads the consulting team responsible for organizational development and brings skills in the areas of change management, learning solutions, human performance technology, employee performance improvement, adult learning principles, LMS platform management, human capital and organizational development.
In addition, Mr. Essen has several years of experience helping organizations such as Bell, Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, Telus, Group Cara, Quebec government and others, by providing consultancy services and managing projects for their learning and employee development programs, as well as providing employee performance improvement strategies.
